Energy Efficiency & Fire Safety in South Staffs

Residents in South Staffordshire are invited to attend and open day at Wombourne Community Fire Station on Saturday 24th April from 10am-2pm, where the fire service and Energy Saving Trust advice centre will be at hand to provide advice on energy efficiency and fire safety.

Fire fighters will be available for help on fire safety and will be taking bookings for a free home fire risk check in your home. Advisors from the Energy Saving Trust will also be at the event to give advice on improving the energy efficiency of your home and how you can save money on your heating bills. As part of the open day there will be a chance to win one of 10 Eco-Kettles worth £28.99 by taking part in a fact finding quiz. For the younger members of the family there will be a bouncy castle and free face painting for all.
